Apexes Chem was founded in 2003 as a constituent company of Hi-Tech Chemicals Group. Following a management buy-out by Mr. Shawn Shao and Mr. Roland, the company became an independent chemical research institute in 2007. At the turn of year 2012/2013, Mr. Jefferson D. Austin and Mr. Ray Zhang joined the management of the company.
Apexes Chem and its sister company JOA Chemicals both belong to Mr. Shawn Shao.
Apexes Chem is specialized in custom synthesis and manufacturing services for fine and specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, and rare reagents. We provide a wide product range by having the advantages of technology innovation ability and rich product lines to meet the needs of customers in the Biotech, Pharmacy, and Specialty Chemical industries. |
